Israeli cyber wars devastates Iranian websites
January 27, 2012

An Israeli hacker has brought down websites belonging to controversial broadcaster Press TV, and also websites belonging to Iran’s Ministries of Health and Education. The Israeli hackers, who call themselves the ‘IDF Team’, are reported to be responding to a similar attack made on Israeli sites on January 25th.
The Israeli group has also reportedly hacked into Saudi Arabia’s Monetary Agency, as well as Abu Dhabi’s Stock Exchange. They say they are acting in retaliation for similar Iran-based attacks on Israel’s Tel Aviv Stock Exchange and the airline El Al’s website.
