BT Vision subs edge up

BT has increased the number of subscribers to its IPTV service BT Vision by 18,000 in the last three months of 2009, according to the UK telco's latest quarterly results. Since its launch in 2006, it has won just 451,000 customers. Sky TV has 9.7 million UK customers.
The average number of views per month per subscriber also saw an increase, up more than 40 per cent on the same period the previous year.
