Spain: Orange TV triples subs

Orange Spain performed well last year with the number of TV subscribers almost tripling from 108,000 to 306,000 as of December 31st.
The company registered strong growth in its broadband customer base, from 1,965,000 to 3,753,000 over the same period out of which 81 per cent are enjoying converged packages. Orange ended the year with 809,000 fibre optic subscribers with 6.8 million homes passed. For 2016, Orange plans to reach 10 million fibre connected homes, by passing 3.2 million households this year.
As a whole, Orange Spain has over 19 million customers, of which 15.2 million correspond to mobile services, up 5.2 per cent.
