Free Starz content on Tubi TV
January 7, 2016
Tubi TV, a provider of free TV and movies, and Starz Digital, the global digital and on-demand licensing arm of Starz, have announced the availability of select independent films and television series distributed by Starz Digital on Tubi TV. The deal allows these titles to be available on several connected platforms including Apple TV, Xbox One, Amazon Fire TV, Roku devices, and Samsung televisions – in addition to iOS and Android mobile devices and the web.
“We’re very excited to team up with Starz Digital to offer viewers more quality content for free,” said Farhad Massoudi, CEO, Tubi TV. “With more people relying on streaming devices as their main entertainment medium, we want to make sure they have access to more premium shows and movies, anywhere, anytime.”
