MyHD adds South Asian bundle

Dubai-based MyHD, which operates what it describes as a “Clearly Different” alternative bouquet of low-cost channels, is adding a “My Asia” bundle of low-cost channels for Asian viewers.
MyHD broadcasts from Arabsat and the new package will be available from mid-January.
The new channels are sourced from Star TV, Zee TV, IndiaCast, RajTV and TV9.
Samir Safer, CEO of My-HD, said: “My-Asia is set to offer over 85 ethnic channels, in eight different languages, and covering in addition to key Western channels such as Discovery Science, Animal Planet and Travel among others, a multitude of genres that are set to appeal to every member of the community.”
