Orly Adelson is stepping down as president of Dick Clark Productions to run ITV Studios America.

Adelson, who oversaw shows including Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest and coverage of the Golden Globe Awards, will head ITV Studios America, part of the ITV Studios US Group. She will start the newly created role in January.

Adelson joined Dick Clark Productions in 2008 from her own company, Orly Adelson Productions.
