March 21, 2013
Poland’s new TV platform nc+, the result of a merger between Polish pay TV operators Cyfra Plus and ‘n’, has gone live.
Subscribers will have access to six Canal+ -branded channels as well as several thematic channels including nSport HD and Discovery Channel HD.
The new platform will launch with just over 2.5 million subscribers – around 1 million less than the country’s market leader Cyfrowy Polsat.
The nc+ service is available on a new ADB-manufactured set-top-box branded ‘MediaBox’.
