AT&T U-verse and Starz content deal

AT&T and Starz Entertainment have agreed to a multi-platform, multi-year extension of the Starz-AT&T U-verse TV affiliation agreement. The extension covers Starz Entertainment’s premium channels, HD, on-demand, and authenticated online services.
AT&T U-verse TV subscribers currently access 19 Starz Entertainment premium channels and feeds; all 14 distinct Starz and Encore channels (including Encore Espanol, West Coast feeds of the flagship Starz and Encore channels, plus InidePlex, RetroPlex, and the recently launched MoviePlex.
The agreement also extends AT&T U-verse’s offering of the Starz Online, Encore Online, and newly launched MoviePlex Online authenticated online advanced services for AT&T subscribers to enjoy great premium movie and original content on PCs, Macs, tablets and portable devices via U-verse TV, U-verse Online, U-verse Tablet and U-verse Mobile.
