Virgin Media O2 has announced the launch of two new FAST channels, enabling customers to immerse themselves in round-the-clock content from the musical world, at no extra cost. As part of the new channel line-up, Virgin TV customers will gain access to:

• Stingray Classica (channel 296): Dedicated to classical music, opera and ballet. For classical music experts, or newcomers to the genre, there is something to suit everyone. Including 50 world premieres a year, recorded at renowned concert halls, festivals and opera houses. The channel also features high quality documentaries, exclusive classical music programming, and weekly premieres.
• Stingray DJAZZ (channel 297): Customer can experience jazz concerts, films, portraits, and documentaries from various venues and festivals. DJAZZ also presents artist profiles, interviews, and backstage reports.

The new channels join the existing 32 FAST channels which include including British Screen Classics, U&Transport, Inside Crime and Haunt TV.
