Medialab appoints Cocquelin as Head of Customer Data Strategy

Medialab, the independent UK media agency, has announced the appointment of Charlie Cocquelin as Head of Customer Data Strategy. 

In her role, Cocquelin will lead in the delivery of strategies that empower Medialab’s client partners to achieve multi-channel activation and growth through unlocking the value of their first-party data. Drawing on her background in multi-disciplinary marketing, Cocquelin will work with brands to leverage their customer data to transform communications strategies and enhance customer journeys.

Cocquelin joins from Indicia Worldwide, where she led teams to deliver commercially driven and results orientated solutions for clients across both B2C and B2B sectors. Bringing this experience to Medialab, Cocquelin will focus on strengthening the organisation’s proposition as a trusted partner for nurturing customer experience through targeted engagement across the funnel. Her former clients include some of the most recognisable brands globally, such as Nissan GB,, HM Government, American Express, Peugeot, and MI5.
