Gcore, Touchstream partnership
September 12, 2025
Gcore, the edge AI, cloud, network, and security solutions provider, and Touchstream, a specialist in cloud-based OTT monitoring for video streaming, has announced a strategic partnership. The collaboration is aimed at improving the quality of Live and VoD content delivery through Gcore’s edge global network, which includes 210+ points of presence and 200+ Tbps of total network capacity.
Video quality issues, unexpected outages, and unauthorized streaming remain major concerns for video services. For live broadcasts, where audience engagement is at its highest, such disruptions can severely damage the experience and trust of viewers. Through this collaboration, Gcore and Touchstream will jointly analyse next-gen CDN performance to monitor key video delivery metrics in real-time, detect potential bottlenecks, track quality trends over time and benchmark results.
Based on these insights, Gcore will enhance targeted network optimisations such as edge server reconfiguration, caching policy adjustments, and route improvements. This data-driven approach will enable broadcasters and streaming platforms to provide viewers with stable, high-quality experiences at scale.
Alexey Petrovskikh, Head of Gcore Streaming Platform, said: “At Gcore, we are committed to delivering the most reliable, high-performing user experience worldwide. Our partnership with Touchstream enhances Gcore’s next-gen CDN capabilities to quickly identify and resolve issues at any scale. This enables broadcasters and streaming platforms to provide consistent, high-quality viewing and strengthen customer retention by offering consistent and reliable video delivery across all devices and regions.”
Brenton Ough, CEO & Co-Founder of Touchstream said: “We’re really pleased to be working with the team at Gcore. From day one, it’s been clear that we share a common mission — to help businesses deliver exceptional digital experiences at scale. Gcore’s focus on high-performance, secure, and intelligent edge infrastructure aligns perfectly with our commitment to proactive, end-to-end monitoring for OTT services. Together, we’re making it easier for streaming platforms to operate globally with confidence and deliver flawless viewing experiences.”
