Robinson leaves KidsCo
November 24, 2011
Paul Robinson, managing director of the KidsCo kids channel, has left the company according to reports.
The channel is a joint venture between NBC Universal, Cookie Jar and Corus; Robinson and other founding execs have small stakes. Apparently Hendrik McDermott, head of business development, will be interim MD.
There has been speculation NBCU is manoeuvring to consolidate the channel and buy out the minority partners.
