The Playground TV Channel is now availble on LG Channels across Europe.

“We are happy to announce that we are today premiering Playground TV channel on LG Channels across LG TVs in Europe ”, said Daniel Nordberg, CEO & Founder of Playground TV. “LGs innovation and readiness to adopt free advertising-based streaming television, FAST [free ad-supported streaming Television] made LG to be a natural partner to premier our channel. We will continue our roll out during the fall and expect to announce other FAST services and manufactures where our viewers will be able to view our channel”.

LG Channels is a free, premium content streaming service to provide an enhanced viewing experience for LG Smart TV customers. Playground TV Channel will be available on LG Smart TVs models running webOS 4.0 above across 16 countries.

Playground TV will feature over 50 shows in more than 5 languages and will continue to add content throughout the autumn.

“FAST gives us endless possibilities and as it’s just breaking through into Europe, we will continue to build on its momentum and will continue filling our channel with fantastic shows”, added Nordberg.
