Disney+ has announced that its comedic murder mystery series, Only Murders in the Building, will premiere exclusively on Star on Disney+ as a Star Original from August 31st in international markets.

The 10-episode series sees Hollywood legends Steve Martin and Martin Short star alongside popular singer and actress Selena Gomez. They play a trio who have an obsession with true crime and suddenly find themselves wrapped up in one when a grisly death occurs inside their Upper West Side apartment building. The group suspects murder and employs their knowledge of true crime to investigate the truth.

Only Murders in the Building hails from co-creators and writers Martin and John Hoffman (Grace & Frankie, Looking). Martin and Hoffman will executive produce along with Short, Gomez, Jamie Babbitt, This Is Us creator Dan Fogelman and Jess Rosenthal.
