Turksat’s satellite revenues made up a major portion of its overall income with EBITDA of $175.22 million. But cable-based services and IT also contributed to the operator’s 2020 growth of 40.7 per cent.

Turksat says that its cable business had, at Turkish Lira 986 million, the highest share (39.5 per cent) of revenues. Cable service revenues were in fact 29.4 per cent higher than in 2019, when they amounted to TL762 million ($93.05 million).

Satellite service revenues in 2020 were TL844 million and claimed a share of 33.8 per cent, and IT revenues TL665 million and a share of 26.6 per cent.
