Ooyala earns accreditations from DPP
May 31, 2019
Ooyala, a specialist in content supply chain solutions, has secured the Production and Broadcast marks within the DPP’s Committed to Security programme.
The DPP is the media industry’s business network, and brings together content companies and technology companies to solve problems and create opportunities, in multiple areas including technical work on cybersecurity and metadata.
“The DPP has been committed to advancing the adoption of common global specifications for media interoperability,” said Bea Alonso, Ooyala’s Director of Global Product Marketing. “Inevitably, cybersecurity has played a growing role in DPP’s efforts, as it has throughout the global media industry, and it has been an important focus within Ooyala’s service to content providers. We’re proud to have earned these two important accreditations, which underscore our commitment to the most conscientious handling of our clients’ assets.”
“We’re delighted that Ooyala has been awarded the DPP’s Committed to Security mark for both Broadcast and Production,” says Rowan de Pomerai, DPP Head of Delivery & Growth. “They are part of a rapidly growing community of forward-thinking companies demonstrating a clear commitment to cybersecurity best practice, and to playing their part in building a more secure media supply chain.”
