Digital controller leaves Five

Chris Kerwin, digital controller at Five, is leaving the broadcaster following three years at the company. He has been appointed MD of content agency Republic Publishing, starting the role in January.
Previously, Kerwin spent two years as publisher at Future Publishing. Prior to that he was head of new media at BBC Magazines.
Five, soon to rebrand as Channel 5, is currently recruiting to replace his position. Five has now uploaded its first full-length TV shows on Facebook, it’s the first broadcaster to open up its long-form content to Facebook’s 26m UK users.
