Bauer Media Outdoor appoints Nath as DSP Partnership Manager
July 27, 2026
Bauer Media Outdoor, the UK Out of Home media owners, has announced the appointment of Ajoy Nath as DSP Partnership Manager to bolster its relationships with DSP partners, drive commercial growth, and expand its programmatic opportunities.
Ajoy joins Bauer Media Outdoor’s Business Development team, reporting to Business Development Lead, Europe, Charmaine Tavassoly. Alongside him, Zoe Risbridger-Smith will now focus on driving programmatic opportunities through media agency partnerships, while Ajoy leads the company’s strategic DSP relationships. Together, they create a dedicated programmatic business development function spanning both DSP and agency partnerships.
In this role, Ajoy will lead Bauer Media Outdoor’s strategic partnerships with DSPs, focusing on building strong relationships, driving commercial growth, and expanding programmatic opportunities. His extensive commercial and relationship management experience gives him a strong understanding of building partnerships that translate into commercial outcomes. This is in addition to supporting the continued growth of Programmatic Digital Out of Home (PrDOOH) and creating long-term value for Bauer Media Outdoor, its partners and customers.
Ajoy has a strong background in programmatic advertising, having previously worked at Yahoo as Senior Buyer Development Partner before moving into programmatic monetisation and data commercial work at Mumsnet. This experience on both the buy- and sell-side means Ajoy understands both ends of the programmatic supply chain, which will enable Bauer Media Outdoor to grow its DSP partnerships and position it as a partner of choice for all DSPs – both omnichannel and specialist OOH.
This appointment comes at a pivotal time as the growing adoption of digital OOH has been driven in part by the rise of programmatic buying. By dedicating greater focus to its DSP and ad tech partnerships, Bauer Media Outdoor can make it easier for advertisers and agencies to access its programmatic supply while strengthening collaboration across the demand-side ecosystem.
Ajoy Nath, DSP Partnership Manager at Bauer Media Outdoor, comments: “I’m thrilled to be part of the Bauer Media Outdoor team to contribute to the growth of the business, while helping shape the future of the channel as well as my own professional development. The next few years will bring significant growth, innovation, and evolution as automation continues to transform PrDOOH advertising. As programmatic becomes an increasingly important part of the wider digital media ecosystem, I am excited by the opportunity to work closely with DSPs, agencies, and ad tech partners to drive adoption, industry collaboration, and to contribute to Bauer Media Outdoor’s continued programmatic growth.
Dom Dunne, Commercial Director, Programmatic & LaunchPAD, Europe at Bauer Media Outdoor, adds: “I am delighted to welcome Ajoy to our team. With his deep expertise and strong experience, he will significantly support Bauer Media Outdoor’s PrDOOH partnerships, strengthening our position as a partner of choice for DSPs. PrDOOH captures consumers’ attention in the moments that matter the most and, I believe, it is critical that our partners and buyers feel fully supported in this channel.”
