Wonder Women partners with Prime Video Pathway; names 2025 mentees

Wonder Women CIC has announced a new partnership with Prime Video Pathway to support Wonder Women’s mission to elevate diverse women into senior leadership positions within television and the wider creative industries.
Prime Video Pathway will specifically support two key initiatives within Wonder Women: Headline sponsorship of the Wonder Women 2026 Mentoring Programme, supporting 31 women in mid-senior positions across the UK to progress toward senior creative leadership roles, and the Wonder Women Live! event in Manchester, providing access to industry leaders for women and underrepresented creatives based across the North of England.
The partnership aligns Wonder Women’s mission of elevating diverse women into senior leadership positions with Prime Video Pathway’s nationwide commitment to enhancing industry skills through training and development programmes and creating access to opportunity.
Wonder Women 2026 Mentoring Programme
Wonder Women has unveiled its 2026 cohort for its annual year-long Wonder Women Mentoring Programme at an event held at Amazon HQ in London, where senior leaders from Prime Video were announced as mentors alongside leaders from Disney, Channel 4 and BAFTA.
The Wonder Women Mentoring Programme is the industry’s only year-long, nationwide mentoring initiative dedicated to supporting diverse women at mid to senior level across Television and the Creative Industries, connecting them with leading industry executives. Championing social mobility, employability, and diversity and inclusion, the programme is designed to improve retention and develop the next generation of female leaders. Over 12 months participants take part in a transformational experience that includes monthly one-to-one mentoring, online masterclasses led by leading executive coaches, networking within the Wonder Women community, and access to annual live events featuring inspirational panels, keynotes, and Q&As with industry leaders.

Wonder Women Live! returns to Manchester Wednesday 11th March 2026.
Thanks to the support of Prime Video Pathway, Northern-based industry professionals at mid-senior level can attend Wonder Women Live! In Manchester for free, removing barriers to access and opening the doors to meaningful industry connection.
Timed around International Women’s Day, Wonder Women Live! is the annual networking event bringing together 100 diverse women from across the television and creative industries for an evening of inspiration, honest conversation and connection. Hosted by television presenter and Wonder Women Founder & CEO Ria Hebden, the event spotlights leading voices while fostering a supportive, dynamic community.
The Manchester edition connects professionals from TV, film, digital, media and the wider creative industries, strengthening access and opportunity for creatives across the North of England.
Wonder Women Live! hosts two annual events in London and Manchester, both in March, with details for the London edition to follow shortly.

A Partnership Fuelled by Opportunity and Change
Prime Video Pathway – first launched in 2022 and has now invested more than £12 million into TV and Film freelancers with a suite of initiatives. It is one of the UK’s most significant industry training programmes, supporting freelancers, new entrants, and underrepresented talent across film and television. Amazon is expanding its support for the freelance workforce at a critical time for the industry.
