Tulipop Studios grows US and international footprint

January 29, 2026

Tulipop Studios in-house sales team has secured a raft of new US and international distribution deals for its preschool series Tulipop Tales (52 x 7’) extending the brand’s global reach.

New partners include partnerships with Amazon Prime Direct, HappyKids, Kidoodle, Zone·TV, Dreamscape, Cycle Kids and Ketchup TV. While several of the deals cover worldwide distribution, all include US rights, strengthening Tulipop’s presence across North America. The agreements span AVoD, SVoD, FAST and curated children’s platforms giving Tulipop Tales exposure across multiple viewing choices and territories.

Helga Árnadóttir, CEO and Producer at Tulipop Studios, commented: These partnerships mark an important step in growing Tulipop’s footprint globally and in the US. Working with platforms that are well established in the children’s and family space allows us to reach young audiences in the places they go to discover content.”

Tulipop Tales (52 x 7’) is a design-led preschool series based on the original world created by Icelandic artist Signý Kolbeinsdóttir. The series follows a group of curious and kind-hearted characters as they explore friendship and emotions amid everyday adventures.

Following the international success of Tulipop Tales, Tulipop Studios is expanding the brand with Tulipop Seasons, a new series of three 30-minute animated seasonal specials. Currently in production, the specials are set for international release later this year and will introduce longer-form storytelling built around seasonal themes. Commissioned by the Nordic public broadcasters, the specials represent the next phase of Tulipop’s global content strategy.

The new distribution agreements part of Tulipop Studios’ wider international growth strategy and sit alongside the studio’s expanding slate of original animated content, licensing, and brand extensions.
