Audible Podcasts launches new offerings from Jamie Oliver and Maya Raichoora
January 8, 2026
Audible, the provider of spoken word entertainment, has launched Reset Your Health with Jamie Oliver, launching globally. The brand-new Audible Original podcast, created and hosted by chef, author, and child health campaigner, Jamie Oliver, takes listeners on a journey to better understand their health and wellbeing.
Each episode of the six-part series sees Oliver tackle a new health topic with the help of a leading expert, cutting through the noise of confusing wellness advice. From uncovering the mysteries of the gut with Dr Emily Leeming and the impact that chewing soft foods versus crunchy foods has on our health with Sarah Berry, to exploring why bacon sandwiches are so irresistible with geneticist Professor Giles Yeo and learning how to protect your memory as you age with Professor Rose Anne Kenny – this insightful series is packed with practical hacks and science-backed insights to help listeners live healthier, happier lives.
Oliver and his expert guests show that improving your health only takes curiosity, small steps and willingness to try new things. Through relatable stories, from sneaking more vegetables into family meals to mastering better sleep routines, they make lasting change feel achievable for everyone.
Oliver said: “Our health is the most precious thing we have, but right now, the food environment around us has never been unhealthier. Where we live and where we work, everywhere we go, we’re surrounded by a majority of unhealthy choices. It’s hard to know what to do, which is why I wanted to make this podcast, joined by experts in their field, to unpack what we can all do to make some positive changes. We don’t have to get it right all the time but making good food choices, getting more sleep, knowing more about our gut, trying some hacks, all of this has the potential to really transform our lives and happiness.”
Aurelie de Troyer, Head of Regional Content, Europe at Audible added: “Jamie has this incredible knack for making complex topics feel like a conversation with your friend. This isn’t your typical wellness podcast – it’s Jamie being genuinely interested about the science behind why our bodies do what they do, and that curiosity is absolutely infectious. Timed perfectly for the new year, we’re excited for our listeners to join Jamie on this journey.”
Audible has also launched Master Your Confidence, an Audible Original podcast that acts as a step-by-step guide to transform your confidence, created and hosted by Maya Raichoora, one of the UK’s leading mental fitness and visualisation experts.
The podcast explores how confidence serves as a competitive advantage, giving listeners the edge they need to succeed in all areas of life. Designed to help listeners level up their self-image and grow their self-belief, the series positions confidence as a learnable skill that can be mastered, contrary to popular belief.
As Nike’s first mental fitness trainer, an award-winning entrepreneur and coach to elite athletes and business leaders, Raichoora is on a mission to make mental fitness as common as physical fitness – helping listeners to rewire their minds to think, feel and perform at the highest level.
Across six episodes, each focused on a different visualisation exercise, Master Your Confidence provides tools and techniques designed to help listeners walk into any room as their most confident selves and carry that confidence into everyday life, regardless of where they’re starting from.
Raichoora, commented: “This series is everything I wish I had when wanting to be more confident. But not just the fake or loud kind – the real confidence that no one can take away from you. If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that building confidence gives you a huge advantage in life and I can’t wait of others to experience that! The recording process was both meaningful and rewarding but I also wanted to make sure it was right. Adding the visualisations is going to be something new for a lot of people but it was a privilege to record.”
