Just in time fpr the holidays, the new Gymondo Fitness channel has launched exclusively at waipu.tv in Germany.

Gymondo TV offers special programmes dedicated to  to lifestyle, health and fitness encouraging viewers to lose weight, tighten and build muscle and increase mobility via yoga, dance workouts, pilates and more. Certified trainers explain the exercises in detail, with variants for beginners and advanced. Most workouts can be done without special sports equipment.

Among the presenters are TV and radio presenter Lola Weippert, the successful German influencer power couple Sarah and Dominic Harrison (aka ‘Team Harrison’), and the popular Gymondo coach Bea Brestrich.
