Brachtlová joins ACT Board of Directors

ACT, the voice of European media, has announced that Klára Brachtlová, Deputy CEO & Chief External Affairs Officer of the CME Group, has been elected to the ACT Board of Directors.
Brachtlová oversees the day-to-day operations of CME Group’s TV stations and streaming platforms across six Central and Eastern European markets, including Czechia, Slovakia, Romania and Moldova, Bulgaria, Croatia and Slovenia. With 15 years’ executive experience in the industry, she has managed all aspects of TV broadcasting operations and finance. Brachtlová leads CME Group’s news and current affairs, digital transformation initiatives and is responsible for CME Group’s regulatory and public affairs strategy for the EU and at the Czech national level. She is on the Board of the Czech Association of Commercial Broadcasters and Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Czech Audiovisual Fund. From October 2023 to September 2025, she also participated as a member of the Supervisory Board of ProSiebenSat.1.
