August 26, 2025
Yahoo UK has announced the promotion of Rachel De Fusto to Head of Agency and Investment, as the second major move in Yahoo’s UK office following the appointment of Tom Curry as UK Managing Director in July.
In her new role for the UK, De Fusto will be responsible for leading a team across Agency development and Investment. Implementing strategies that will seek to help Yahoo achieve its ambitions across Yahoo DSP and Yahoo Ads to best service the agency community.
De Fusto has a decade of experience working with agencies at Yahoo, having joined the team in 2015 as Agency Lead. Most recently, she has worked as a Sales Director on Yahoo Consumer, implementing Yahoo’s sales strategy across its Owned and Operated (O&O) platforms.
De Fusto said: “Yahoo’s growth is in no small part due to the deep relationships it has built with its agencies. As part of a deeply connected advertising ecosystem, Yahoo plays a pivotal role in helping advertisers achieve their goals with the support and partnership of agencies, to deliver best in class advertising technology and the best ad experience to consumers. I am very excited to be stepping up to this position at a time of great progress at Yahoo as we continue to expand our supply partnerships with platforms like Netflix, and pursue a broader and more transparent supply path.”
