Banijay grows H1 revenue

Banijay Entertainment has reported H1 group revenue up +3 per cent to €1.42 billion. EBITDA held strong at €208 million, up +6 per cent YOY, with increased profitability vs 2024 at 14.6 per cent.

Production revenue up 1.6 per cent to €1.1 billion and distribution revenue up 0.6 per cent to €149 million, with a further 5,000 hours added to the catalogue. The share of production and distribution revenue coming from streamers has increased once again from 17 per cent in H1 2024 to 20 per cent in H1 2025.

Revenue from live experiences was up 15.4 per cent to €173 million, supported by the production of major sports ceremonies, and the integration of multimedia producer Lotchi with further roll-out of the immersive multi-sensory experience Luminescence.
