Katherine Ryan to host reunion show for The Real Housewives of London

Hayu has announced that Katherine Ryan will host The Real Housewives of London reunion special for the new series coming to the streamer later this year. Already a fan of Hayu and The Real Housewives franchise, Ryan will bring her humour to navigate the final discussion of the season, get answers to all the lingering questions, and, ultimately, ensure the Housewives spill the tea.
Hayu’s first-ever commission of an original series, The Real Housewives of London will feature a cast of six glamorous ladies, as announced by the streamer last month: Juliet Angus – a Chicago native, stylist, social media influencer, former fashion publicist and founding cast member of Ladies of London; Amanda Cronin – a former model turned entrepreneur who founded Amanda Caroline Beauty skincare and runs The Secret Door, an aesthetics and wellness clinic in Belgravia; Karen Loderick-Peace – a former cast member of The Real Housewives of Jersey, the native of Jamaica who came to the UK in her twenties is preparing to launch her own fashion label; Juliet Mayhew – an Australian native and former Miss Galaxy Universe, she runs a successful event planning company – catering to elite clients; Panthea Parker – a native of Iran, she came to the UK as a child and is now a mother of four who’s known for her high-society lifestyle, having been on the Mayfair scene since the ‘90s; and, Nessie Welschinger – a former Head of Global & International Equity FMAs at Schroders, who runs the renowned Chelsea Cake Company and showcased her skills on Bake Off: The Professionals.

Ryan is a comedian, writer, presenter, and actor. A familiar face on screen, most recently this year with At Home with Katherine Ryan and Silence is Golden, Ryan has previously appeared in All That Glitters, The Duchess, Cats Does Countdown, Celebrity Gogglebox, and Never Mind The Buzzcocks, among other popular shows. She’s a Sunday Times bestselling author with her acclaimed debut The Audacity, and host of the hit podcasts Telling Everybody Everything and What’s My Age Again?. Ryan also joined Canada’s Got Talent as a judge in 2024, and has been touring with her standup show Battleaxe across the UK, Ireland, Europe and Canada.
The Real Housewives of London went into production in March, with six bold, dynamic and successful socialites showcasing the luxury of living in the UK’s iconic capital. Whether hosting lavish dinners, escaping to a Scottish castle, or rebuilding bonds over bottles of champagne – they’re all navigating life, legacy and loyalty. Produced by UTAS UK Productions (Made in Chelsea), a division of Universal Studio Group, The Real Housewives of London is the first-ever commission of an original series by Hayu – the all-reality, direct-to-consumer SVoD service from NBCUniversal – and will be the 30th international instalment in the iconic, globally popular franchise. The series will premiere on the service later this year.
