Amdocs, a provider of software and services to communications and media companies, has been selected by SES, a content connectivity solutions provider, to provide an optimised experience for SES customers through a multi-year managed services agreement.
The deal, which broadens the relationship between the two companies, will see Amdocs provide anomaly detection, monitoring, diagnostics, and remediation across SES’s new O3b mPOWER satellite communications system.
“It’s exciting to be collaborating with Amdocs on this project, which will be utilising the latest technologies and methodologies to deliver exceptional outcomes for our customers,” said Gint Atkinson, VP Network Strategy and Digital Architecture at SES.
“We’re delighted to expand our long-standing relationship with SES by entering into this agreement,” said Anthony Goonetilleke, Group President of Technology and Head of Strategy at Amdocs. “This deal demonstrates the critical role played by Amdocs in enabling service providers to provide the best possible customer experience.”
