Extreme Networks partners with NHL

Extreme Networks has announced a multi-year partnership with the National Hockey League to become the Official Wi-Fi Analytics Provider and an Official Wi-Fi Partner of the NHL.
The NHL and Extreme will work together to create a more personalised and memorable gameday experience for fans. Several teams in the NHL currently leverage Extreme’s wired and wireless solutions to power connectivity in the arena and on the ice.
As part of the partnership, Extreme will provide the NHL instant access to insights regarding fan preferences, foot traffic flow, mobile sports betting trends, application usage and network security, as well as enhance venue operations for NHL teams.
