Airtel’s Uganda region is linking with MultiChoice to offer the South African platform’s TV services on the DStv app in Uganda.
Airtel Uganda says it has entered into a partnership with MultiChoice in order that DStv NOW subscribers can also access their bundles via Airtel. The idea, say the pair, is to draw the broadcasts closer to their customers even when subscribers are not close to their TV sets.
Colin Asiimwe, the Head of Marketing at MultiChoice Uganda, said: “We are excited to yet again unveil a thrilling partnership that will further improve our customers’ viewing experiences, by enabling them to enjoy the DStv App, stream live TV, catch up on premium movies, series and sports anywhere at any time.”
