Spain: Vodafone, MásMóvil top services complaints

Vodafone and MásMóvil were the telcos attracting the greatest number of complaints in bundled services during 2019, according to the Informe de Atención al Usuario de Telecomunicaciones report from Spain’s Telecommunications Ministry.
Vodafone accounted for 11.25 complaints per 10,000 subscribers, with MásMóvil, in second position, 10.80 per 10,000.
Ranked 3rd, 4th and fifth were Jazztel, Yoigo and Telecable respectively
Movistar, Euskaltel and Pepemobile registered the least number of complaints.
