Reliance Jio ups subs 5% in July

Reliance Jio has continued adding subscribers to its Indian talk/video 4G/LTE telephone system at a phenomenal rate. July saw another impressive growth of 5 percent (month on month) to 227 million (from 215 million in June).
Since December 31st Jio has grown by 66.9 million (41.8 per cent).
Jio is India’s largest cellular telco, having launched in January 2017.
It ‘soft launched’ in September 2016, and signed up 16 million users. Jio crossed the 50 million subscriber mark just 83 days after launch, and 100 million in February last year.
