Telkomsel partners with Accedo for World Cup extension to MAXstream

Accedo, the video experience pioneer, has been working with Telkomsel, Indonesia’s most popular mobile network operator, to enhance its new video service MAXstream with additional Streaming TV Channels and 2018 FIFA World Cup content.
MAXstream is currently available as either an iOS or Android app that delivers VOD content via installed 3rd party applications which include Hooq, Viu, Catchplay and SuperSoccer TV. Accedo has worked with Telkomsel and technology partners, including Harmonic with its VOS™ 360 media processing SaaS, and CastLabs to extend MAXstream to offer in-app live TV channels. This will include coverage of all 64 of the 2018 FIFA World Cup matches, as well as a mix of local Indonesian and International content.
