Sony has announced that it is permanently cutting the price of its PlayStation VR gaming headsets. The new starting price for PlayStation VR will be £259 in the UK (down from £349), €299 (from €399) in Europe and $299 (from $399) in the US.

The base model will come with the headset and camera, as well as a download code for VR Worlds – a game offering 5 diffrent VR experiences – that will be included in the box.
PlayStation VR launched in October 2016 and as of December 2017 had sold 2 millon units gloablly.
