Grondman joins Alticast EMEA team

Alticast has announced the addition of Andries Grondman to its EMEA team as the Director of Product Marketing & Strategy. Grondman will be responsible for driving new business development in the pay-TV security segment as well as growing product marketing and strategy for Alticast’s new and existing customer base.
“Andries’ appointment is a sign of Alticast’s commitment to becoming the end-to-end video service integration and software solutions provider European pay-TV customers turn to as a way to compete in today’s market,” Brian Koo, Alticast’s Managing Director of Europe, said. “He will be instrumental in helping to expand our business and solidify our reputation. ”
Grondman brings over 14 years of experience specializing in media content protection, IoT security and cybersecurity. He most recently held the positon of Partner and Alliance Director for Irdeto where he successfully managed channel sales partnerships while growing Irdeto’s business through the implementation of new sales opportunities with CE and STB device partners. Prior to his career with Irdeto, he worked in the information technology and service industries specialising in sales and account management.

In July 2017, Alticast announced its dedication to strengthening its EMEA presence with the hiring of Brian Koo, Managing Director and Frederic Gounard, VP of Sales. Grondman will join its efforts in the Amsterdam office.
