Orange France has launched a new ad-free TV service targetting 15-35 year-olds that features the likes of eSports, Manga content and South Park, for €4.99 per month.
Pickle TV is available to the operator’s mobile and TV customers in France via a set-top box, an app or the web. It offers a range of niche content, including ES1, a channel dedicated to eSport, music-focused Clubbing TV and a channel dedicated to Manga.
Customers can also watch epiode of hit US animation South Park and content from Studio+, the Vivendi-owned service that produces TV series exclusively for mobile devices.
In a statement, the operator said: “Through Pickle TV, Orange is responding to the changing uses of its customers, particularly with Orange 4G and 100 percent fibre, which gives them an incomparable experience, and makes Orange a driving force for the development of legal digital content.”
