Orange Spain ups TV subs

Orange Spain is performing well in capturing new TV subscribers. In the first half of the year, the company increased its TV subscription base with 540,000 adds – up 42 per cent on the same period last year.
As a whole, the company has over 20 million customers in Spain of which 15.8 million are mobile telephony subscribers and 4.2 million fixed broadband subscribers. 83 per cent of its clients take convergent packages with 1.9 million fibre customers and 1.9 million 4G users. Orange has fibre passed over 10.7 million homes with a year-on-year growth of 28 per cent.
