Swisscom, Discovery extend partnership

Discovery and Swisscom have extended their long-term partnership. The entire Discovery portfolio and newly acquired premium live sport on Eurosport, most notably exclusive Friday night Bundesliga football, will be accessible to Swisscom viewers, delivering on the Discovery commitment to bring more premium content to consumers. In a significant expansion of the relationship, Swisscom and Teleclub subscribers will have access to the Eurosport Player, the streaming and catch up-service for sports content, available anytime and across all devices.
Subscribers will now have access to the Eurosport Player in Switzerland for an unmatched discounted price, giving them an on-demand digital sports pass, providing the gateway to more of the best sport events including every moment of the Olympic Winter Games PyeongChang 2018 and 40 exclusive Bundesliga matches a season, as well as the curtain-raising Super Cup and four end-of-season relegation play-off fixtures.
Discovery’s factual entertainment channels will still be available as Italian language versions, with Eurosport 1 and Eurosport 2 additionally in German and French. Furthermore, consumers will still be able to enjoy the compelling content available on the Free TV channels DMAX, TLC and Eurosport 1.
