Vodafone to air 4K Champions League final
May 9, 2017
From David Del Valle in Madrid
Vodafone Spain will broadcast the final of the Champions League on June 3rd in 4K.
The operator has reached an agreement with beIN Sports to offer the match via UHD to Vodafone subscribers equipped with a 4K TV set, the new Vodafone 4K STB and with access to the Vodafone Futbol or Vodafone Sport packages.
The match will see either Real Madrid or Atlético Madrid take on Juventus or Monaco.
Vodafone launched its 4K service to the residential market last March with 20,000 titles across VoD and over 120 linear channels.
