Spain: ‘Full of pirate DTT channels’

Pirate DTT channels are proliferating in the South of Spain with 66 per cent of all DTT stations in the region of Andalucia being illegal.
The Andalucia Audiovisual Council (CAA) has revealed that up to 124 local DTT stations in the region out of 198 are operating without a legal licence.
