Irdeto, a specialist in digital platform security, has announced that Movile has selected Irdeto Rights to manage the multi-DRM support and content protection of its popular PlayKids platform, extending its device reach. Irdeto’s DRM-agnostic solution, which includes support for Apple FairPlay Streaming, will protect Movile’s newly-licensed high-value video entertainment from Disney and The Cartoon Network.
