ARRIS: “Substantial progress on Pace integration”
February 18, 2016
Bob Stanzione, ARRIS Chairman and CEO, has said the IP, video and broadband technology specialist has made “substantial progress” on its integration activities following closure of its $2.1 billion (€1.94bn) acquisition of Pace on January 4th.
Stanzione made the comments as the company announced preliminary and unaudited Q4 and full year 2015 results which saw revenues of $1.1017 billion.
During ARRIS’s Earnings Conference Call Larry Robinson, President-Customer Premises Equipment, that combined with Pace, it had launched two of the world’s first 4K solutions. “Ultra HD is an area that we expect to see ongoing investment by operators as they look to bring consumers the latest in video technology,” he stated.
