UPC DTH has added FilmBox Extra HD channel to its premium movie channel offer in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Romania.

FilmBox Extra HD is now available to UPC DTH subscribers in the Filmbox Pak along with three other premium movie channels: FilmBox Premium, FilmBox Plus and FilmBox Family. UPC DTH operates its services under the brand name UPC Direct in Hungary, in the Czech Republic and Slovakia under the brand name freeSAT and in Romania under the FocusSat brand. Filmbox Extra HD channel is uplinked to Thor 1° West and will be available for multiple territories.

“The launch of FilmBox Extra HD is strengthening our Filmbox premium package on UPC DTH, which now includes four unique movie channels.
