Exterity, Enabledware partner on IPTV solution
July 18, 2013
Exterity, a provider of enterprise IPTV communication technologies, and Enabledware, a provider of software for the delivery and management of media content, have integrated their solutions to provide an IPTV solution for organisations and venues. The solution is already live at the stadium of Fulham FC, the London-based Premier League football team.
The integration of Enabledware’s Venue IPTV middleware with Exterity IPTV head end and receiver products provides a powerful and fast to deploy IPTV platform for the distribution of media content throughout a site or venue. The joint solution also provides the foundation for a larger media conversation beyond the site or venue. For example, the solution can be installed in a conference centre to drive local digital screens and can easily be expanded to support parallel online conferences all over the globe.
“With this partnership Exterity and Enabledware are offering a unique opportunity for sports teams, venues and stadia customers to bring unified video based communications into the centre of their operation, extending the fan experience and personalising every screen,” said Colin Farquhar, CEO, Exterity. “The speed of deployment of this integrated solution results in faster ROI for our customers.”
