MultiChoice adds TLN

MultiChoice has launched TLN, a channel belonging to Televisa Networks, a subsidiary of Grupo Televisa. MultiChoice, which has operations in 50 countries in Sub-Saharan Africa and adjacent Indian Ocean islands, has successfully added the Televisa Networks TLN signal to its portfolio of DStv channels in the main Portuguese-speaking African countries: Angola and Mozambique.
TLN comes from the channel TL Novelas and among its exciting programming offers telenovelas, series and comedies. These successful telenovelas are part of the 600 productions of Grupo Televisa and take on several categories: Working-class melodrama, Historical romance, Teen drama, Mystery/Thriller, and romantic comedy.
The presence of TLN on the African continent represents the consolidation of Mexico’s largest multimedia mass media company in other markets. TLN is a channel that has been developed especially for Portuguese-speaking audiences and it is available in Angola, Mozambique, Brazil and Portugal.
