News Corp TV business becomes Fox Group

News Corporation will be retained as the name of the global newspaper business while the film and TV businesses will form a separate company named Fox Group.
Rupert Murdoch told staff in an email: “Change always breeds uncertainty, but let me be very clear about one thing that is certain: We aren’t finished achieving what others deem impossible. Not even close.”
Chase Carey will be President and COO of Fox with Murdoch as CEO & Chair while Robert Thomson, a former Times editor, will lead News Corp.
