Espial powers VoD services for KBRO

Espial, a specialist in on-demand TV software and solutions, has announced the installation of the Espial MediaBase on-demand video platform at KBRO, one of Taiwan’s largest cable television operators. Espial MediaBase will be installed and integrated at KBRO by Taiwan’s leading broadband system integrator Hwacom, providing the cable television operator with a single, unified solution for delivering VoD content.
“The Espial MediaBase platform allows KBRO to manage, distribute, and stream high-quality video content to our subscribers across Taiwan,” said C.H. Jih, CTO of KBRO. “By using a high-performance VoD platform, we’re able to deliver video cost-effectively to a virtually unlimited number of subscribers and viewing platforms over our managed network as well as the Internet.”
