Viasat launches Viasat Motor in Baltic region

Modern Times Group’s (MTG) Viasat Broadcasting is launching the premium pay-channel Viasat Motor in the Baltic region this week. The channel will broadcast a wide range of international motor sports in both SD and HD.
Viasat Motor will offer viewers a wide range of rights already made available for Viasat’s subscribers, including Formula1, Moto GP, and Nascar, as well as a number of highly popular rights which have not previously been broadcast in the Baltic region. Subscribers will be able to follow GP2, the Speedway World Championship, Rally and Rallycross highlights, F1 Powerboat, Nurnburing and Dubai 24 hour races highlights, as well as other motorsport related content.
Viasat Motor SD will be available for Viasat Gold package subscribers in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. Viasat Motor HD will be available those subscribing to the Viasat HD package.
