Technicolor hits 10m DTA sales in US
February 1, 2012
Technicolor has reached a milestone by selling 10 million Digital Transport Adapters (DTAs) to North American cable operators.
Technicolor’s DTA is a one-way cable set-top-box that enables cable operators to move to an all-digital infrastructure quickly and cost-efficiently by delivering digital-quality video and audio service to existing analogue cable customers. The product was designed in a compact form with a wireless remote allowing it to be conveniently placed behind the TV set.
