Bestv complete Hungary pilot
December 7, 2010
Motive Television, the digital television technology, software and services provider, has successfully completed the technical pilot of its Bestv technology with Antenna Hungaria, a subsidiary of Groupe TDF. Antenna Hungaria operates a digital terrestrial television (DTT) platform offering consumers the choice of both free and pay television channels via a set top box.
Throughout the pilot, Motive was able to demonstrate and implement its patented Bestv auto-record and data-casting software on-site, in conjunction with Antenna Hungaria systems. Motive has received positive feedback from Antenna Hungaria following the pilot test. The technical pilot was a first step in the evaluation of Motive’s technical platform for potential commercial introduction by Antenna Hungaria.
