Spain’s Imagenio launches basic IPTV offer

In an attempt to foster subscriptions, Telefonica-controlled IPTV platform Imagenio has launched a new basic tier called Imagenio Flexible, at a price of E10 a month, including a rental decoder.
The new offer gives access to commercial TV channels, DTT platform, Regional channels, International news channels as well as to the VoD service Videoclub and a thematic package amongst Documentaries, Music, Sports, Movies, Series or Kids.
Imagenio currently has over 702,000 subs, with a market share of 17 per cent. Over the last year, the company gained more than 90,400 subs.
